For our corporate clients, our Legal Search Division is experienced in placing attorneys at all levels within an in-house legal department from entry level Corporate Counsel through General Counsel.
Working closely to gain a 360-degree understanding of the unique needs of our client’s in-house legal department, we are able to conduct a personalized search with in-depth screening of candidates in order to ensure successful placement of the most qualified attorneys.

Jennifer Landry (née Kohl) is the Managing Director of the National Legal Staffing Division of Koren Rogers. Jennifer works directly with prominent law firms and in-house legal teams to identify and place top-tier attorneys at all levels across the U.S.
Jennifer is a licensed Texas attorney who transitioned from practicing law to recruiting in 2015. Prior to practicing law, Jennifer gained over fifteen (15) years of experience in human resources, recruiting and sales with both public and private entities. The combination of Jennifer’s legal and business experience allows her to bring a unique perspective to both clients and candidates to help ensure that both sides are making the best decision for long term success in the recruiting and placement process.
Jennifer is active in the legal community and is often invited to speak on a variety of topics at law firms, law schools and legal organization events on topics including Diversity in Law Firms, Retaining Top Talent, In-House Counsel Salary and Staffing, Resume and Interview Tips and Social Media for Job Seeker.
Jennifer is also an avid reader, averaging about 100 books a year and is always ready to share a book recommendation with her candidates and clients.
